What the hell is up with those stupid yellow "Livestrong" bracelets? How is wearing a bright yellow rubberband showing support for someone? I will admit the man has done some great things, and the orginal idea was ok, but now everything has a bracelet. I have heard rumors going around about a red plaid bracelet for cooties awareness month. I see people dressed up in expensive suits, wearing a rubberband that the paid less than two dollars for at the gas station. If you really want to help out with these causes, then open up your freakin' checkbook, and send large amounts of cash. I have more respect for the person who quietly donates money to a cause than the person who "donates" money and in order to get some trendy trinket (and yes that is how I got my Ralph Nader shirt).
